Day 1: Tangier to Chefchouen

Experience a warm and gracious welcome in Tangier as we begin our journey to the captivating town of Chefchaouen. Steeped in mystery and history, Chefchaouen was once a hidden sanctuary used to strategize against the Portuguese presence on the north coast. Its secrets were so closely guarded that Europeans were strictly forbidden from entering until the arrival of Spanish troops in 1920.

Upon our arrival in Chefchaouen, we will be enchanted by the city's unique charm and distinctive blue-painted streets. This first contact with the town will leave us mesmerized by its beauty and rich cultural heritage.

Day 2: Chefchouen to Fez via Volubilis and Meknes

Embark on a fascinating journey as we head towards the historic Roman city of Volubilis, located approximately 166 KM away, with an estimated travel time of 2 hours. Nestled at the foot of the Jebel Zerhoun, Volubilis has a rich history, dating back to the Meolithic period and later occupied by the Carthaginians and Romans.

Inside this captivating archaeological site, you will have the opportunity to explore impressive structures such as the House of Orpheus, Decumanus Maximus, Triumphal Arch, House of Dionysus, and the renowned "Four Seasons" mosaic, among other intriguing discoveries.

After our exploration of the Roman city, we will continue our journey to the vibrant city of Meknes. By around 4:00 pm, we will proceed on our drive to Fes, where a delightful overnight stay awaits us in a charming riad within the ancient medina of Fes. Enjoy the comforts and ambiance of the riad as we rest and prepare for the enchanting adventures that await us in the heart of Fes' storied medina.

Day 3: Fes Sightseeing Tour

Commence your day with a delectable breakfast for an exploration of the "oldest living Medina in the world." Accompanied by a knowledgeable local guide, delve into Fez's UNESCO World Heritage site, brimming with history. Navigate through lively souks, admire the Royal Palace's majestic gateway, and visit the revered 9th-century Karouine Mosque and University. Lunch in a traditional Medina restaurant offers a taste of authentic Moroccan cuisine. The tour proceeds to the Nejjarine Fountain, the old Harem Garden, and the cultural exhibits at the Batha Museum. Day 4: Fes to Rabat

Day 5: Casablanca and Departure

Witness tile masters assembling intricate mosaics. Head west to Casablanca, with optional stops in Meknes or Rabat. Depending on your schedule, you might want to relax with a drink and meal at Rick's Café, an establishment recreating the iconic bar from the classic movie, Casablanca.
